Dafna R. Avraham is a vice president on the portfolio strategy team within the Investment Research & Strategy department at Gurtin Municipal Bond Management. Ms. Avraham serves on the Investment Committee and is responsible for performing various portfolio-based analyses and reviews, monitoring and reporting on market and economic conditions, and publishing various economic and market-based reports and white papers.
Prior to joining Gurtin Municipal Bond Management in January 2016, she spent four and a half years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, including two and a half years as a quantitative portfolio analyst developing models for the Federal Reserve’s asset portfolio and balance sheet, and two years as a financial intermediation research analyst.
Ms. Avraham earned her master’s degree in economics and her bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
