Transition Assistance

For advisors and their clients transitioning assets to Gurtin, we aim to minimize operational stress as much as possible by:

  • Reviewing municipal holdings to determine strategy fit, tax implications, and best execution tactics
  • Executing recommended sales to maximize sale price and minimize tax consequences
  • Drafting custom proposals for prospective clients and assisting advisors in conveying transition rationale
  • Delivering weekly updates on each account’s transition, investment, and restructuring

Dedicated Service Team

Assigned members of our Advisory Services and Client Service teams work together to provide a concierge level of service to each advisor and client. Although not an exhaustive list, we offer best-in-class service by:
